Warranty Policy
All Wavebeatz products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your product develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Warranty Coverage: Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Product failure under normal use conditions. Defective components or parts.
Warranty Does NOT Cover: Physical damage caused by dropping, mishandling, or accidents. Water damage beyond the product's IPX5 rating. Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs. Normal wear and tear.
How to Claim Warranty
To make a warranty claim, please contact us via WhatsApp within the warranty period. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a video of the defect. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Wavebeatz purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:
The product must be unused and in its original condition. All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included. Returns must be initiated by contacting us via WhatsApp before sending the product back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.
